Meet Macky Weaver
Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing
Jaguars

Macky Weaver was promoted to Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing in April 2010. His responsibilities include overseeing all sales activities (premium, general bowl, and suites seating), and marketing.

Prior to this, Macky served as executive director where he was responsible for the sales and service of all sponsor and media inventory associated with the Jaguars and Jacksonville Municipal Stadium. 

He originally joined the Jaguars on May 15, 1994 as an account executive in corporate sponsorship. He was promoted director of corporate sponsorship in December of 1997 and to executive director in 2004.  He is one of 13 staff members who joined the Jaguars in 1994.  Weaver was born in Atlanta and moved to Jacksonville in 1976.

Anna Zimmermann, South Jacksonville's inbound Rotary Youth Exchange student 2012-2013, arrived in Jacksonville on Saturday, August 11, 2012.  She was welcomed by President Jim & Marian Lanahan, Past President Vicki-lynne Gloger & Rod Hindman, and her new host families, the Van Den Heuvals and the Fores.

Anna is from Wohlen, Switzerland.  She is 17 years old and the oldest of 3 children.  She has 2 younger sisters, Lisa and Lara.  Anna loves music.  She sings in the choir and a band.  She also plays the piano.  She speaks 3 languages, German, English and French.  Anna will be attending the Douglas Anderson School of the Arts.

Erik Dellenback, President, Executive Director of the Tim Tebow Foundation, spoke to the South Jacksonville Rotary Club about what it was like to come to work for Tim Tebow and the foundation.  The mission of the Tim Tebow Foundation is to bring faith, hope and love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need.
