 Wine and Cheese Social Event at Ameris Bank.  Hosted by Meredith Porter at Ameris Bank, 4835 Town Center Parkway, Jacksonville, FL  32246.
In 1905 when Rotary was just beginning, members met at one another's place of business (rotating to a different place each time-thus the term, Rotary).  To honor Rotary's original intent, we would like to schedule an after-hours social each month to help everyone get connected with their fellow Rotarians and learn more about their businesses.  If you are interested in hosting a social event at your office, please contact Jacqueline Rudloff at Jacqueline.rudloff@db.com

Important News Flash regarding the raffle for use of a luxury suite during the December 20^th Jaguars vs. Falcons game.
Your odds of winning just got better! We are limiting the total raffle tickets sold to 150. Suite includes 20 tickets to the game, six parking passes, four additional passes for game day guests and $500 credit for game day menu and bar. Contact Patti if you want to purchase a raffle ticket. Raffle tickets are $100 each and can be added to your bill.

Delivering Dictionaries to 3rd graders

 •Project Coordinator is Stevan Jones

•Volunteer opportunity at Dignity U Wear on Saturday, February 6th from 9am - 12pm. They can accommodate 8 volunteers. Look for sign-up sheets and additional details later this year.

                    Week 20 Rotary Minute

With the holidays coming up and your thoughts turning toward others, please keep in mind the gift you can give to the youth in your area. By sending a youth to Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA), you can have an impact on their lives forever. RYLA is a Rotary youth program which consists of a 4-day overnight conference in a safe campus environment. The youth will learn a wide range of topics including

-         Leadership skills

-         How to practice and value community service

-         Ethics & etiquette

-         Business & professional skills

-         Many more topics

Please see your club president for all the details for you or your club sponsoring a youth for RYLA.
